We decided to preemptively remove him from the list, since we know he will not be a superdelegate at the convention. We could call the seat vacant and keep the number at 795, but that would assume a Democrat wins the Special Election. (And when we took Wynn off, the chances of a Special Election being held before the convention seemed very small).
