My first trip to the convention floor

General bloggers have access to rotating floor passes and I just took a trip to the floor for the first time. You only get 30 minutes and it takes about 5 minutes to get to the floor from the blogger lounge so the time passes quickly.

As you enter the floor from the inner depths of the Pepsi Center the sea of people is an amazing sight. Things are really starting to get exciting here. Most delegations are fully seated. The question of the night so far is whether Senator Kennedy will be here.
