Update: To clarify, this is not the Obama campaign plane. It's a small jet. But there's not normally much traffic from Chicago to New Castle, DE.

Update 2: Or maybe its just a credit-card exec returning home from a meeting in Chicago...

Hard to say what's going on here...the circumstantial evidence here would seem to point in the direction of Biden. (Also note that there's another flight scheduled to arrive later tonight in Delaware, en route from Scranton--where Biden grew up & has family.)

On the other hand, I can't find any lists of flights leaving Delaware tonight or tomorrow...nor are there any clues in the flight lists at Springfield, Illinois...

The idea is not that Obama is on the plane. The idea is that just maybe the plane was sent to fetch Biden. But we have no idea whose plane it is.

And I don't think they'd have to have a flight plan filed already to get it out tomorrow.

Delaware is within driving distance of any of the major points along the Mid-Atlantic, and Chicago is one of the biggest travel hubs in the country (certainly the most congested in every trip I've taken there), so I wouldn't be surprised if the campaign were trying to pull a head fake with everyone doing flight tracking.

Now if you want something really disturbing, check out cnn.com--they've been running a live stream of the Biden & Bayh houses all day. So if you're really bored tonight, you can watch all of the activity in Senator Joe Biden's driveway. Live.

One day, we will look back at this insanity and laugh...oh wait, that day has already arrived.

I admit I am right there with the rest of you, stresssing for an answer. Maybe that's the point. Teach the American people what faith really means and that spending our valuable time trying to figure things out is a waste of that time, entertaining as it may be. Wouldn't it be a knockout punch to the Republican base to have them witness true faith and ignore their attempts to entice us to fight amongst each other?
