Election Maps

The NY Times has a map which shows you where different groups live and how they voted:

But let's not forget the general overall county vote:



See that blue inching up from Colorado and down from Montana? Wouldn't it be great to see it meet up in Wyoming in '12?

Ha! I bet that is where Dick Cheney will buy a ranch in Wyoming (or already has one). Hard core oil country up there.

I love the way the upper Midwest looks. In that part of the country, it's clear that white rural voters did not vote all that differently from the suburbs and the cities.
