4 pm: Official party business, including adopting the platform and electing convention officers

6:30 pm: Close of session (approximate)

Are these times Central? I would assume so, with the convention in St. Paul, but I assumed a lot of schedules were in Mountain Time for Denver that were for some reason actually Eastern.
